Studio B is a spacious and well-equipped studio, perfect for a variety of dance styles and fitness classes. With a wood floor and ballet barres, this studio is ideal for more structured dance practices and classes, such as Ballet, Pointe, Horton, Jazz, and Contemporary. Room Dimensions & Features: Size: 900 sq. ft. Features: Wood Floor Two Primary Speakers Amp with a chord (Can sign out dongle for iOS products) Ballet barres (both attached to the wall and portable) Ideal For: Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Pointe, Horton, and other technical dance styles or fitness classes.
Cancellation Policy
Studio Rental Space Summary At InSpira Performing Arts & Cultural Center, our studios are available for rehearsals, workshops, classes, and creative projects. Below is a summary of our rental policies. The official Terms & Agreements will be provided in the Registration Form and must be signed before your booking is confirmed. Booking & Payment All rentals must be reserved in advance and approved by InSpira. Once approved, a payment link will be sent, and payment is required before arrival to confirm your booking. Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal, or cash (cash must be delivered before the session begins). Rates are Studio A – $50/hr, Studio B – $60/hr, Studio C – $60/hr for standard rentals, and Studio A – $40/hr, Studio B – $50/hr, Studio C – $50/hr for non-profits. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited fees. InSpira reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with a refund or reschedule offered. Studio Use & Responsibilities Studios must be used only for the purpose stated in the booking. Renters must leave the studio clean and in original condition. Extra fees apply if cleaning or repairs are needed. Security fines include $75 for lights left on, $50 for not resetting the thermostat to 71°F, and $250 for doors left open or unlocked. Liability & Insurance Renters are responsible for their own safety and guests. InSpira is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost property. All renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming InSpira as an additional insured. Publicity & Shared Space If publicity is created for your event, it must include the InSpira logo, address, and acknowledgment language. Materials should remain appropriate and align with InSpira’s mission and values. Renters must respect that InSpira is a shared facility; lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are accessible to all users. Noise levels must be controlled, and some percussive dance styles may be limited to certain hours. No food or drink other than bottled water is allowed. Groups with minors under 18 must provide supervision at a ratio of one adult for every fifteen minors. No Shoes on in any of the studios (if shoes are necessary please be clean shoes only).
