InSpira Performing Arts & Cultural Center Booking Policy Booking & Payment -Studio rentals must be booked and paid in full at the time of reservation. -Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, and PayPal. -Rental rates per hour: Standard Rates: Studio A: $65 | Studio B: $75 | Studio C: $75 Non-Profit Rates: Studio A: $50 | Studio B: $60 | Studio C: $60 Cancellation & Rescheduling -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. -Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit some or all rental fees. -InSpira reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund or rescheduling. Studio Use & Responsibilities -Studios must be used only for the purpose stated in the booking. -Renters must return the studio to its original condition; additional fees apply for cleaning or damage. -Security measures must be followed: Lights left on: $75 per day fee Thermostat not reset to 71°F: $50 fee Doors left open/unlocked: $250 fee Photo proof will be provided for violations. Liability & Compliance -InSpira is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss. -Renters assume full responsibility for their own safety and guests. -Compliance with all Rules & Regulations is required; violations may result in penalties or termination of rental without refund. Additional Conditions -A valid driver’s license copy is required for all renters. -InSpira reserves the right to modify policies at any time. By booking, renters acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
