Cancellation Policy

InSpira On-Demand Classes (Open Classes) – Registration Policy Welcome to InSpira’s On-Demand Classes, where you can explore dance on your schedule. Please review the following registration policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Booking and Payment Policy: Adult on-demand classes are offered at a standard rate of $25 per class, allowing you to drop in when your schedule permits. For added flexibility, we offer two InSpiraPass options: the InSpiraPass 5-Class Pack for $115, valid for eight weeks and perfect for dancers who want to enjoy multiple styles or return weekly for favorites, and the InSpiraPass Unlimited Monthly Pass for $175, which provides unlimited access to all adult classes for thirty consecutive days. College students benefit from a reduced rate of $20 per class with valid ID uploaded at registration. Students may also purchase the CollegePass 5-Class Pack for $90, valid for eight weeks, offering exceptional value for those wishing to train more regularly. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers: All registrations are final, and both InSpiraPasses and CollegePasses are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend a booked class, you may cancel at least twenty-four hours in advance to receive a class credit. Credits may be applied to another available session within the validity period of your pass or plan. Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours in advance, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the class without credit or refund. Studio Etiquette and Dress Code: To protect our dance environment, street shoes are not permitted in the studios. For Hip Hop or similar classes, dancers must bring a separate pair of clean indoor sneakers. Proper athletic or dance attire is required to allow freedom of movement, and all participants are expected to follow the InSpira Centric Dress Code Policy. Only water is allowed inside the dance rooms. We ask that every dancer respect the studio, remain mindful of belongings, and contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
