    Clothing Items (Leotards and Tights): Due to sanitation and hygiene reasons, ALL clothing items such as leotards and tights that have been purchased and tried on (outstide of the sample leotards at store) on cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before trying on these items. If you have any concerns about sizing or specifications, please reach out to our admin team before making your purchase.

    Shoes: Shoes that have not been used or show only minimal signs of wear may be eligible for exchange. If you find that the size you purchased is not suitable, you can exchange the shoes for the appropriate size if available in-store. Please ensure that the shoes are in their original condition, including the packaging and any accompanying accessories.

    2. Care Instructions:

    Clothing Items (Leotards and Tights): To maintain the quality and hygiene of your clothing items, please follow these care instructions:

    • Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent.
    • Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
    • Gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry.
    • Do not wring or twist the fabric to prevent damage.

    Shoes: To keep your dance shoes in great condition, please follow these care instructions:

    • Clean the shoes using a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt or dust.
    • Allow the shoes to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
    • Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh cleaning agents.
