About the Role
As a Ballet Teacher for Level 1 & 2 Ballet, you will be an integral part of nurturing and refining our young dancers' Ages 7-12 and Beginner Dancers (18+) abilities, fostering a deep appreciation for ballet, and fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive lesson plans for Level 1 & 2 Ballet classes that encompass both foundational and Adcanved Beginner techniques.
Teach ballet principles, terminology, and advanced movements: InSpira Ballet Ciriculum
Create engaging and challenging exercises that encourage artistic expression.
Offer constructive feedback to students, refining their technique and performance skills.
Choreograph routines and combinations for recitals, performances, and showcases.
Attend faculty meeting disscussed with CEO
ALL Recital Material on time by the given due date: (cue sheets, music, picture day pose, etc. email with reminders and materials will be provided).
Collaborate closely with fellow instructors to ensure seamless class progression.
Participate actively in studio events, workshops, and performances.
Post and Engage with the studio on social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc).
Qualifications
Substantial experience in Ballet instruction with a profound understanding of classical techniques.
Previous teaching experience, particularly at the Level 1 & 2 levels, is preferred.
Proficiency in inspiring and educating young dancers with a passion for cultivating their potential.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and motivate students.
Requirements
Relevant certifications and qualifications in Ballet instruction.
A genuine commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment.
Reliable attendance for all classes and studio events.
